I've been an entrepreneur for most of my adult life, and my true passion has always been the same: taking a business that needs help — or even just an idea — and making it extraordinary. Although I've created several successful businesses, two I'm most proud of are my real estate career and custom furniture company. I didn't see transactions, I saw families looking for more than a house — a home in a community where their children could thrive. Many times I spent over a year building trust with out-of-state clients by phone and email before they ever set foot in Texas. That human-centered approach earned me recognition as one of the top 1% of agents in DFW.
I created a furniture company from just an idea and grew it into a destination that drew customers from across the country. I formed partnerships with businesses whose work complemented ours, creating a network where everyone benefited. Within 18months, we were named "Best In The South" by Southern Living Magazine.
It brings me so much joy knowing I helped someone solve a problem, reach a goal, or achieve a dream. That's why I founded The Cartwell Group — to bring that same approach to a wider stage. To connect businesses whose paths might otherwise never cross, so the brands we serve stay one step ahead.
